Commonly Reported Issues:

 

The form will not submit:

1. Check to ensure that all form areas are filled to completion

2. Ensure that your internet connection is stable enough for the form to be submitted

3. Try another browser (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

4. If you are using a mobile device, you may want to try using a computer to submit the form! Our website building software is overall stronger when using a computer.

5. Email us with the issue at wildkidshawaii@gmail.com! We always do dry runs through our new forms to work out any issues, but we can't always predict everything, so let us know so that we may be able to help you find a solution.

 

The form will submit, But my payment will not go through:

1. Make sure that either you are logged into your PayPal account or if you are using a guest payment method, check to make sure your credit card information and all other information is filled correctly and to completion.

2. Check your internet connection, your browser, and whether this might be a mobile device issue. PayPal issues are more complicated since we are not the ones who operate their website.

3. If you email us at wildkidshawaii@gmail.com, we will send you a direct link for our PayPal payment options to try and help troubleshoot for you! If that does not work, we will request your payment through PayPal to simplify the process and hopefully solve the problem!
