Fresh Air Excursion: Ka'ena Point

Our Fresh Air Excursion to Ka'ena Point has been scheduled for Saturday, May 26th, 9:00-12:00 am. During our weekend hikes, we encourage our Wild Families (Mom, Dad, sisters and brothers) to join us and experience first hand what it means to embrace your inner wild child! *Please leave your beloved pets at home.

Meeting Location: Saturday, May 26th. We will meet at 9:00 am at the Ka'ena Point Trailhead on the Waianae side. Pick up is at 12:00 pm

Directions: Address: Farrington Hwy, Waialua, HI 96791

Wild Guides: Christina, Aubrey, Joel

Recommendations/Reminders:

  1. Wild Kids are expected to carry their own backpacks.
  2. Review our packing list here. Each child must bring two bottles of water and a snack.
  3. Depending on rain, it can get quite mosquito infested. The best plan is to bring long pants and a light long sleeve shirt to change into if you are getting attacked.
  4. Everyone can hike at a pace that is enjoyable for them. This is a combined K-2nd, Wild Art, and 5th-7th hike, however, the younger kids do not have to keep up with the middle schoolers. We will make sure no one gets left behind!
