Fresh Air Excursion, Blue Line Project

Fresh Air Excursion - Blue Line Project

We have scheduled our Fresh Air Excursion for Saturday, March 31st, at Kailua Beach Park. During our weekend excursions, we encourage our Wild Families (Mom, Dad, sisters, brothers) to join us and experience first hand what it means to embrace your inner wild child!

What’s the Blue Line Project? (Blue Planet)

On April 21, 2018, thousands of students and community members will join Blue Planet Foundation in drawing “blue lines” in chalk to mark the sea level rise exposure area around Hawaii.

Meeting Location: Saturday, April 21st. We will meet at 9:00 am at Kailua Boat Ramps. Pick up is at 11:00 am

Directions: Kailua Beach Park - Boat Landing Parking Lot at the start of Mokulua Drive (601-699 Mokulua Dr, Kailua, HI 96734)

Recommendations/Reminders:

  1. Wild Kids are expected to carry their own backpacks. Make sure to be prepared.
  2. Make sure to bring water, sunscreen, a hat, closed toed shoes, and rain gear. Review our packing list here.
  3. Blue Planet will supply blue chalk for all volunteers and students to use
